Paleo muesli

This muesli is grain free and gluten free so is suitable for suffers of coeliac disease, those with a gluten intolerance and followers of the paleo diet principles.
Serve it with seasonal fruit and dairy, nut milk or warm water (this swells the quinoa, softens the ingredients and aids digestion).
1 cup activated buckwheat groats
2/3 cup quinoa flakes
1/4 cup chia seeds
2/3 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped almonds
1 tbsp ground cinnamon (we love cinnamon, if you don’t you can use less)
1/4 cup dried white mulberries
1/4 cup dried goji berries
Collect your ingredients and mix together – Yep it is that easy!!
